58Citystate concludes as the citystate of Pengia begins to suffer an economic collapse due to our governmental policy choices.
There is a certain level of frustration at the inability to either hurry up the arrival of the policies to make a decision on or to go back and amend ones we've decided upon. Some of our policies are 30 years old but the game rules don't let us change them!
However, policies we do deal with this time round are: Student loans, greenhouse gas standards, The Precautionary Principle, private schooling, labor law, unemployment benefits and detention & rehabilitation.
Oh, and we also cobble together enough money and residents to build an Arcology! A shiny future building! ... which nobody likes...
