Colombia - Simon Bolivar
Ability: Independence of the People - +1 Food from Lumber Mills. Lumber Mills receive an additional +1 Science at Chemistry.
Building: Cacicazgo - Replaces the Granary. In addition to the typical perks, provides +1 Production and Gold and allows the City to send Production through Trade Routes (as a Workshop would). Doesn’t require Gold maintenance.
Slightly more expensive to construct (44 hammers vs. 40).
Unit: Llanero - Replaces Cavalry. Capable of receiving defensive terrain bonuses and Fortifying. Ability is lost on upgrade.
