Part 38: No in-game cursor! I have a box to tick in DXtory, and while for Fallout 3 i don't need to for that games in-game cursor, for CivIV i do need to and i forgot! So it will look weird.

Anyway in game we carry on the fleet buildup and see Bassium push war with the bigger evil factions.
