Due to a user's comment, I created this video in order to present the civilization's benchmark results (with the bottleneck issue).

UPDATE: As it seems there were certain times where CPU utilization hit 100% and there might be a bottlenecking issue.

UPDATE 2: So yea... an oc 8320 bottlenecks RX480

Although that game seems to be a CPU bound hog, it runs pretty smoothly on my pc configuration.

ALL SETTINGS TURNED UP TO MAXIMUM.

Below are my specs:
CPU: AMD FX-8320 (OC: 4200MHz)
GPU: XFX RX 480 8GB
RAM: KINSTON HYPER-X 4x4GB (16GB)
MOBO: ASUS 970 GAMING PRO AURA
REZ: 1920 X 1080
