He'll ask for your help in getting Purumi down.
3. Speak with Purumi:
After talking to Alexsoundro, climb the pillar to reach Purumi.
You can do this by jumping and climbing up the pillar's platforms.
Speak to Purumi, and he should agree to come down after you've spoken with his parent.
4. Return to Alexsoundro:
