This video shows how to arrange the base for a Town Hall Level 8 wall defense so it survives an average attack and a ALL DRAGON attack (2nd attack in video). This is late stage base where resources and attack buildings are rearranged because of better protection from crystal walls. Note that the walls are arranged around the center (at least triple layer to outside). This is attack 4.
