Classic Game Room HD reviews KAITEI DAISENSOU (In the Hunt) for Sega Saturn. This 1995 Japanese Sega Saturn release is from the 1993 Irem arcade machine, a side scrolling SHMUP video game where you play as a submarine and waste enemies underwater and in the air. Some of the team that worked on In the Hunt went on to create Metal Slug and you can see many similarities between the two games! Sadly this Saturn release is plagued by awful slowdown which practically ruins some of the fluid, stylized 2D gameplay in busy sections. This Sega Saturn game was published by Sims Co. Ltd.
