This is an easy method to solo Tethis for your Big Game Hunter quest. Can be done by any class with a ranged attack, theoretically even warriors and rogues can do this with their weak ranged attacks, it would just take a few minutes longer.

There are certain spots in the middle of the water where mobs will start evading. To avoid these, jump across instead of swimming. For every fraction of a second that the mob is evading, there's a chance it will instantly regain 50% health. If this happens, you can continue as normal, you will just have to deal with the extra health.
