In this #metalmonday edition of #thedailydoug, I'm returning to the music of Tool for the first time in about half a year. It's been too long, and I'm pleased to be listening to a live performance of Sober from 1993. This is one of their earlier songs, and I really enjoyed seeing footage of them as younger performers. The song is intense, earthy, and primal...as Maynard deals with the issue of addiction in the lyrics.
