Well good news, after much fiddling I finally got it to run better. When I first played this game when it came out it ran better than it was running for me now. Turns out I guess in the months/years that they messed up the graphics settings tab in game where it didn't offer me all the settings it should have. I had to manually go into the config file with notepad ad get it to give me the original resolution it did when I first played. After tweaking with a few settings in there it appears to run better than it did before. I apologize I hadn't looked into it sooner, my mind has been a bit distracted and I fell outta my pattern I had going for myself and I'm trying to get back into that.
