Cletus transfer
9Doing it the old way by entering range on foot was wildly inconsistent with about 10% chance of good transfer, all the other possibilities being grey mission failed screen state where you have a broken replay controller and can't keep any checkpoints, which is giga bad since you also lose om0 and have to do it again.
The setup is to place c4 on a satellite dish for easy timing, respawn Cletus, park very close to him(about 3 meter range), then get out and detonate c4 when left foot first touches the ground like in the video, about 0.75s after this will still work so it's a big window. Spam enter to speed up fail, then exit mission, game will start on cutscene with no grey screen memes.
Transferring Cletus to Cletus, or transferring om0 to any other S&F starts that S&F with om0(mission state 15) and no replay controller, having replay controller makes some checkpoint transfers impossible(minisub won't work with a replay controller active), and with cp5 setup you can start a main mission without issues(Cleaning in no mission skips).
This setup is kind of slow, costed almost 40s to get broken instance AFTER getting om0(mission state 15), but would beat the Cleaning Michael switch strat by 5-10s, and maybe enable fast minisub om0 in NMS. Hacking in ms15 before Cletus's cutscene plays first time is enough to get good broken OM0 with no replay controller, good for cheat engine run I guess.
