22Basically you can jump right at the edge of a high roof, he can't be ragdolling and you have to pause just as you get far enough away from the roof, then launch DM from the Rockstar Editor tab. If you're too late the game will know you're falling I think and terminate DM, savefile before jump is probably a good idea. I burned here since the roof I chose is not tall enough for instakill.
