Using composite cables, split to CRT TV & into Elgato Capture HD; not the one made for streaming, because that one doesn't have the composite inputs.

This is one of the hardest games ever made, mainly because of the snowboarding level, which takes about 10 minutes to get through. I only know of 2 other people who go through it.

Needed 2 different "Scenes" on OBS to switch to, to get the Sega CD capture footage to show up on screen [I hate tech that doesn't work the way it's supposed to]. Have to have Elagto editor open, then you can turn it off when OBS is on.
