Closer look at the Asus Padfone
The device featured in the video is obviously a dummy meant for representational purposes only. But we're assuming its built to specification in terms of weight, ports and dimensions. For those of you who don't yet know, the Padfone is a device that tries to converge a Tablet and a Phone. In effect, creating a docking station in the shape of a Tablet for your phone. The benefits? A shared memory, extended battery life for your phone when you dock it into the tablet, a single data connection and camera. The idea is to dock the phone whenever you require a bigger screen and more battery life. We ask the Asus representative loads of questions. More answers to be revealed soon...
