CMBN Montebourg 4: Le Hamelet
410Fox Company rides again, this time punching further into the ridge to knock the last German strongpoint. This is the fourth mission of CMBN's Road to Montebourg campaign, where we're currently attacking the Fauville-Turqueville ridgeline as the US 8th Infantry, trying to break through to the the 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment at St Mere-Eglise.
This is Combat Mission: Battle for Normandy, set on the Western Front from July to September 1944. Mods-wise I'm running the ubiquitous HQS sound mod, Vin's Geometric icons, Vein's effects and a tweaked version of Barbarico's War Movie filter mod. Combat Mission is a game developed by Battlefront.com.
