This is a USB Gecko only tutorial but it can be done with just RAM dumps also and the binary file can then be converted into a cheat code writing all of its contents to the starting address.

However, for developing a modded configuration this is a better approach.

I originally made this for MW3 but no mods worked so I figured I'll try with Black Ops and there you go. Stuff works superb on Zombies and to some extend on multiplayer. :P
