5Either practice helped me a lot or I got really lucky with the NPC RNG (probably both).
Clearing out the first 2 floors in the comms building can save time because Woods won't get stunned by their shots and you'll still have enough time to clear the rooftop before Woods reaches his final waypoint. You can still get really unlucky if the enemies on the outside hit Woods before he can even enter the building. The third floor doesn't matter because all enemies will die after you clear the rooftop and Woods' last waypoint is right on top of the last staircase so they can't slow him down.
Killing all enemies at the rocket is faster because then Weaver won't stop to shoot them or get stunned by their shots. The first trigger to get Weaver to move to the ladder is at the yellow fence after the 2 snipers so you want to reach it as fast as possible.
In the basement you want to clear all enemies from the first 3 rooms until you enter a hallway again so once yet again Weaver won't get stuck shooting them or get stunned by them. With super fast movement from blowing up the rocket to the last door you might only have to clear enemies from the first hallway and the elevator room and then just strafe to the end without Weaver losing you time but I don't know how fast you'd have to be.
