It's readily apparent that there was originally not going to be a full Call Of Duty release in the Autumn / Fall of 2023 - rather a "premium" DLC to expand on the previous years Modern Warfare 2, and this is confirmed with the release maps for MW3 being re-mastered MW2 Maps...
However, if we can put that to one side, the multiplayer that Activision have given us, is actually an improvement on MW2 and there's no doubt that many of the OG MW2 maps are classic multiplayer experiences.
I think that if you enjoy the traditional faster Call OF Duty, then you should buy MW3 2023 - in fact if you're a fan of COD Multiplayer in general, this is a fun installment, but it's not a return to the more tactical experience of Modern Warfare 2019.
