CODE Bunny: Hazel Part 7: Yliaster Core
2With Hazel Jones finally discovering the resolution to her tragic past, she stepped forward in her mission to stop Shouko's mother Soleil by heading to the Comet Ylaster, itself.

The biggest gimmick of this final stage is that it has no fatal bottomless pits.
If Hazel falls off the bottom of the stage, she'll just reappear falling from the top of the screen. You're gonna need to take advantage of this to get to the end of the level. Just make sure to watch out for the red lava fields, here. They're instant death!
The cube that you would usually have to hit to complete the stage... turns out to be a miniboss for this level. After all, you get to it rather quickly compared to other levels.
Once you beat this thing, then it instead turns into a Checkpoint. You then have to get through the rest of the stage with harder layouts that take advantage its vertical wraparound.
Yliaster Core's Highest Combo quota is a grand total of 160 hits at the least. I will feature its boss, the final boss, in a separate video.

Right at the end of the stage, Hazel managed to catch up to Igusa, who like Raphi before he was actually working with Soleil to kidnap Lune.
Seeing Hazel before her, Igusa knew why she was there. She was actually really sorry that things turned out like this...
The truth is... Igusa couldn't muster the strength to tell Hazel about Soleil, herself. She let her go to that module deep within Lagos to let her learn about that truth, herself...
Igusa had a dream, once, and believed that trusting Soleil will let her finally make that dream a reality.
But she was fooled when she realized that helping Soleil would involve capturing and torturing innocent lives for her crazed experiments...
Hazel was Igusa's only hope in trying to betray Soleil, though Hazel didn't entirely appreciate her approach towards it. Nonetheless, it was through this course of action that allowed her to eventually see deep within herself and overcome her past trauma. So she forgave Igusa for "using" her like this.
The two were currently residing in some kind of Liminal Space that links Lumna to Comet Yliaster's Core, which happened when Soleil attacked the comet's core. It seems that she's planning to use Lune to help her destroy the core.
Hazel will need to hurry and stop her. She smiled once again at Igusa after she realized that her eyes were much more lively than they ever were before.
Because again, she finally overcame her past...
