Few tips :
1. Set item "Mistle Root" on shortcut items to make teleport faster and repeat killing this monster. Item "Mistle Root" can be found at location "Crypt Spire".
2. Use passive skill "Revenant's Greed" from Hermes Blood Code - to increase chance of dropping items.
3. Additionally I used active skill "Adrenaline" (increasing damage) from Fighter Blood Code and active skill "Flame Weapon" (adding fire damage to weapon) from Prometheus Blood Code.
Weapon used by me was Tyran's Labrys +10 and I start farming in this place when I was few levels above 200. For sure You can do it earlier and in different style but it might helps You a bit .
