This is such a deadly combination of parts here to deviously destroy and dismantle the Executioner. The reason being is that the Impulse Anchor detonation also counts as an attack. However, uniquely enough, there are three attacks occurring during the charge attack. Each one of these three attacks applies the stun debuff. Therefore, she is almost permanently stunned in place. It only takes one charge attack to stun her.
Since the charge attack costs 70 stamina, the Revenant has access to six charge attacks just under the 394 stamina available. However, once Concentration is involved, the 33% decrease in stamina usage allows for a total of nine consecutive charge attacks! Each of these attacks deals roughly 18k of damage each time. Therefore, the nine available charge attacks are not all utilized! What a fun way to obliterate the wet dancer!
