the lightning DLC halberd apparently has probably the highest drain rating on a melee weapon. With full drain-up buffs this easily hits about 7-8 ichor on a light attack, 10+ on a combo attack, and nearly 20 on a charged strong attack. This is absolutely free spell - melee attack - spell - melee attack spam, and would easily be way stronger with the Ribcage etc spells.
