Again you will find her outside the boss area, speak with her and she will ask you to get a trace of the successor “Breath-touched snowflake”. Get it and give to her.
Location: Ashen Cavern – Accumulator Ruins

She can be found in the tunnel between Ashen Cavern and City of Falling Flame. Speak with her and head to the City of the Falling Flame in the boss area and get the “Claw-touched ore” and give it to her.
Location: Cathedral of the Sacred Blood – Cathedral Front
Finally after doing all this you will meet her near the entrance to Successor of the Ribcage.
