Codename Steam - John Henry Voice Clips
10One of the playable main characters of Codename Steam. Also based on the folk tale or folk song of John Henry, a steel-driving man who beats a steam-powered hammer in a race but dies soon after from exhaustion. He lives in this game but half of his body gets replaced with machinery after the race. Comprised of battle voices, some tutorial voices, unused voices & voices from cutscenes.
Tutorial voices include him explaining the overwatch mechanic & advising the player to use cover. I'm not sure if all of those tutorial voices made it in-game (and there was alot of it, same goes for Henry Fleming, the main protagonist, explaining the tutorial).
For unused voices, at one point he refers to Tin Man as Nick which is Tin Man's real name in the Wizard of Oz story.
