So now for the Worst Programming Degree which to stay away from it and my answer is Theoretical degree because it will only teach you programming concept in Theoretical rather coding it out.
If you want to save your money and time please never ever take a Theoretical Degree which is a money grap degree.
I have see some Theoretical Programming Degree where they you SAP programming concept without writing a single line of code.
If you want to take a good programming degree than take the Software Engineering or Computer Science Degree.
