This game really ground my gears....as in, my mental gears. I moderately enjoy puzzle games. I am a highly intelligent person with a 138 IQ, high school valedictorian, college honors student and two Bachelor degrees, but Intelligence is not common sense, nor is it wisdom, that's an entirely different stat roll. So while I enjoy puzzle games to a degree, I do not excel at them. Matter of fact I ended up following a youtube guide for some of the puzzles in this game and this last one took me about an hour of trial and error to solve and about another hour to do it smoothly enough to capture this ending.
The difficulty in the game comes from having to think in three dimensions, having to conceptualize what isn't in front of you to correlate an resolution....A characteristic that is, with few exceptions, unique to the human animal.
There are better puzzle games out there, but it you can catch a steam sale for this one and you are a fan of puzzles, it's worth it.
