COH2: how to be annoying American and give Germans 0 resources

You can repeat this attack for 2nd time, but it won't be as effective as first time. Still it might be worth a try.
Also using map corners to sneak your forces would be also good idea, you will get additional time, to do more serious damage.
Because Germans are not getting resources their first tank will be delayed, and basically they are meat without tanks...
