cold Counter Strike (testing) build - Path of Exile (2.5)
141Build for testing purpose and not for serious gameplay. Started as cold snap build, but after crying many regrets it ended up as counter attack build using unique shield Lycosidae.

Cold snap was torture - too low dps and AoE

Glacial cascade is fine.
Using 2 Tulborn wands and 6 power charges + Romira's Banquet ring (not mandatory, if you use it, also take Resolute Technique node from passive skill tree to always have max power charges).
Bandits reward take life, passive, power charge.

The rest is up to you, get whatever you need, more life, damage or mana or whatever.
Skill gems: Glacial cascade + spell echo + damage and so on. Experiment...

Counter strike build. I strongly advice you not to use it for leveling or use it at all unless you are smarter and richer than me and can make it into strong build (i would like to know how).
Key items: Dyadus axe, stupid-named shield, Anvil amulet. The rest is up to you, but i was also using Formless inferno helm, Zahndethus' cassock armor.
Counter attacks all 4linked: Elemental focus + Added Cold damage + Weapon Elemental damage (damage per hit from 6.4k to 7.2k).
