Items:
Early leveling can use Tulborn wands but might not work as good against bosses (need to kill frozen enemies to gain power charges in order to have more damage).
2x Tulfall wands and 1 Romira's Banquet ring. The rest of items get as much life and resistances as you can. Suggested helmet The Formless Inferno.
High priority for jewels with projectile speed (combined with other damage mods like projectile damage, increased damage, spell damage, cast speed).
Izaro's Turmoil jewel.

Gems and links:
Incinerate + Controlled Destruction + Added Cold damage + Iron Will + Lesser Multiple Projectiles + Faster projectiles (Or Hypothermia. Cold penetration is not very useful, because nearly half of your damage is fire). All of these should be 20% quality or as high as you can get.
Other gems.
Herald of Ice + Added cold damage (only for explosions) - this gives flat cold damage to incinerate.
lvl1 Cast When Damage Taken + Immortal Call + Increased duration
Higher level CWDT + Molten shell + Elemental Weakness.
Arctic armour to mitigate some physical and fire damage.
Vaal Lightning Trap + LMP + Increased duration.
Either Lightning golem or Flame golem (but they die too easily)
