In March 2020, around 2,000 members of the British Armed Forces deployed to Norway to take part in Exercise Cold Response. The multi-national exercise takes place every two years, but because of the coronavirus pandemic, it came to a premature end. We were given permission to join troops during their deployment and see how they adjusted the exercise as the COVID-19 emergency unfolded.
