I collapse the supports in my basement and disintegrate the entire castle. The results are even more hilarious than I'd hoped. Going Medieval is ready to simulate destruction from trebuchet attacks and minor renovations, but not the instantaneous and total destruction of an entire castle.

Going Medieval is similar to Rimworld but set in medieval times and featuring 3D base building. You can build structures of multiple stories, and even dig down to mine the earth. In this video I've dug out an enormous basement underneath my base and used wooden support beams to hold up my existing castle. Once those supports are taken out the stability of the base drops to 0 and the entire thing collapses... slowly. The game's framerate drops terribly, and it slowly starts processing all the destruction it has to show, going layer by layer, from the bottom up. The hilarious thing, is that structures are only destroyed when they have nothing underneath them meaning that they are slowly worn away bottom to top like a looney toon cartoon.
