Collecting Physical Media is (Very Often) The Worst Thing Ever
Well well well this video is a bit different from usual but that's a good thing isn't it? In this video I'll be talking about the herculean task that is collecting physical media in it's many forms. From video games, to DVD and Blu-rays and the hardware they run on plus I even have a small little part about vinyl records and while I will be ranting about things like prices and how I'm worried that soon the Playstation 2 is gonna end up super expensive for no reason, this is an important discussion.
With companies like Sony buying Crunchyroll and then buying out their competition. Then increasing their prices and shutting down services like Funimation AND THEN literally removing shows and movies you paid for. It's more important than ever that more and more people talk about physical media. For all I complain about here I'm still buying them aren't I? Companies like Warner Bros. are making entire movies just to lock them away for some loophole profit and because of all of that people are turning to physical media again. I mean an entire movie just made shouldn't be lost media for no reason. Like something that was made by Sony or Warner Bros a few years ago shouldn't end up on a Lost media Iceberg Chart now should it?
on top of all that I just like owning a kool video game collection and dvds with neat box art. I wanted to show off my kool copies of Fallout (Still need a copy of Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition) and Morrowind and Dragon Ball cuz i like em brb gotta buy lego batman 1 and 2 for the 360.
