7Edit: So being honest, I didn't know about people claiming nads6969 had traced other fans' fan art.
I'm not going to get into it because I'm a fan of Marco Albiero - whose art also looks directly ripped from the 90s anime and some of the manga. Maybe it is or isn't traced, but either way, I love his art, and because of that, I don't think I have the right to judge other people.
I also don't think I have the right to say anything where all Sailor Moon fan art is inspired by something none of us owns. All of us, if we haven't traced, we have still drawn characters we don't own legally, so I really don't think I'm the right person to judge.
And we all re-use poses from the 90s anime.
I understand your valid frustration.
If you put in the hours to make your own fan art, and you can prove someone copied even a part of it, I can totally see where you would get upset. It's a normal, human reaction and I hope you get credit.
I once drew Kousagi and didn't realize a similar piece was already done by YukiMiyasawa, so I credited Yuki here: https://www.deviantart.com/korianderbullard/art/Kousagi-Tsukino-Sailor-Parallel-Moon-774797237 I felt guilty that without ever seeing Yuki's art before, that I shared the same idea based on a picture of Chibiusa on an old trading card, so I made sure everyone knew Yuki was first for that specific idea. Because of this moment, I really don't think I have the right to come here and troll anyone.
All I want to do is make sure that if I'm using someone else's fan art onna project that I give credit to whomever drew it if I don't draw it myself.
With that said, if this art is traced, please help me find the original version so I can credit them too.

I've seen stolen fan art on Redbubble, Wish and Aliexpress and most of the time, these folks on DeviantArt have no idea someone in China took their art. It's impossible for them to get a DMCA because Naoko Takeuchi owns the copyright and not the fan artist, BUT there are short online forms on these pages where they can still fight to have their art taken off, and it takes a while but it DOES work, speaking from experience. (Had some Moon Sisters art swiped once on Amazon. I got it back.)
It's always worth the fight.
