Deep Fringe sees us take control of a squad of mechs and cybernetic soldiers, who are fighting against the corruption of an alien world in the distant future. The setting reminded me a bit of the Warhammer 40K universe, while the turn-based tactical gameplay is reminiscent of XCOM - in other words some of my favourite things right there. I take a look at the demo now available on Steam, ahead of a future Early Access launch. Let's play Deep Fringe!
