COMCAST SUCKS! My Internet Issue NOBODY Can Resolve!
103I had comcast at my new house for a year with no problems until the last few months I had issues like the one in this video.
If you name any troubleshooting step, I guarantee you I've done it from buying a new modem, to trying it on my laptop, to changing the ethernet cable, to formatting my computer, to even having a technician replace the coax cable outside of the house.
I am very experienced with computers and setting up wireless networks + internet but have never encountered a problem like this. Internet these days is pretty much plug and play once the modem is registered with the internet provider.
I'm up for any suggestions and if you are having this same issue please post below.
So far this company is a disgrace. I am paying for the fastest internet they offer there is no excuse for this to be happening all the time.
