I’ve been looking for an ergonomic office chair that will suit my body type for quite some time now. I’ve looked at dubizzle, facebook market, Ikea and Steelcase. Initially my choice was the Ikea marcus because it fits my body type so well but at the price tag of $200, I looked for something with an adjustable armrest.
I’ve stumbled across this brand called breedge and checked out their chairs. After testing out a lot of chairs, this is the Breedge Ergonomic Chair Phoenix Mesh in Fabric Grey.
The build material is hard plastic, although this doesn’t bother me as I’m not a heavy guy, my height is around 5”6 and as you can see this chair holds my frame well.
As for the size, this one is around 50 cm in width.
Aside from that, what I liked about this chair is aside from it looks fine, the lumbar support has a little bit of adjustment, maybe a 1 to 2 inches of play but that means a lot to me as I have back problems.
Also, the adjustable arm rest and the headrest are a must for me as my previous chair had this. For this price point, it was really hard to find something that has both these features but still has quality mesh. Well we all have different body types, you might as well try first.
Aesthetically, well you can see it looks really nice with these photos of my workstation. I can recline however, you cannot lock the recline, so the only adjustments that you can do is the height and the armrest height.
