Notes:
Hotkeys work in either mode, I just seemed to have an issue with them on my end when trying to stream gameplay in fullscreen mode.
Alt tabbing WILL crash full screen mode, by the second alt-tab in the session at the MOST. As of the time of this guide, the only fix is playing windowed, which has it's own drawbacks.
Running the game in windowed mode, regardless of angle or resolution of window, will disable the ability to scroll the camera when on the edges of the screen with the mouse. You can get around this with fast-scroll (holding right click when holding the mouse to the corner of the screen), or clicking the map with either mouse button, but it's unpleasant to adapt to. As of the time of this guide, the only fix is playing fullscreen, which has it's own drawbacks.
