The last mission of the China campaign and undoubtedly the hardest of all missions in the entire game. Capture the east base first because you will really need GLA tech to get that juicy black market building which will be your cash cow. It doesn't need power at all.

Build your base, the enemy will assault you from the side of the GLA base if you built your base there. Build nuke tanks and have them attack constantly at the ground so that GLA forces will always get destroyed as they charge onto you, creating a wall of fire. This will give you a lot of time to keep building more black markets and eventually nukes and scuds. You will get hit by the A.I. with scud strikes, that's just part of the struggle. What matters is you keep rebuilding your black markets, until you're able to find the enemy scud and nuke it with your own superweapons (nuke + scud storm). The enemy base is to the north and is heavy defended with stinger sites over looking.

Also beware of the enemy scud launcher truck. They have a long range and are annoying to deal with, an easy way would be to build aircraft, assign a hotkey and then call in a strike if they are going to attack your units/buildings. They will pummel your idle units from afar or if they aren't covered by the blasts from your nuke artillery.
