This will be the Final Skirmish Battle features with the Battle Royale between the America, China & GLA alongside with the Navy in Command & Conquer: Generals Shockwave. Since the Generals Universe didn't have a Naval Units just like Tiberium Universe but Red Alert Universe in other hands has the Naval Units. If you get the Rise of the Reds Navy Add-On in Shockwave & get the Rise of the Reds Navy Map Pack into your Command & Conquer: Generals Zero Hour Maps at My Documents you can try out the map that contains a Naval Yard Tech Structure but the AI Enemies don't build a Naval Units after they captured it & they're focusing on Ground Units & Air Units. Originally you can only do it in Rise of the Reds Mod also by SWR Production but now, Shockwave also has one but it's also compatible to Shockwave Version 1.201 if you download a Rise of the Reds Navy Add-On after you got the Rise of the Reds Navy Map Pack unless if you play Red Alert Universe & you can build more of the different types of deadly Naval Units
