This is a tough mission early on, because of their air power will destroy your base and units anytime, and you start on cramped area that doesn't favor your position, the US will send their ground forces to distract your attention and help their air force, also you see the differences on the original and this mod, the avalanche on the cutscene blocked your other way to make this game much harder, here's what you will do to destroy the enemy.

1. After you finish building your base, train Jarmen Kell to kill the ground troops and unmanned the tanks
2. Produce 6 Quad Cannons to destroy their air force and especially their Aurora Bombers, after they drop their payload, they're completely vulnerable
3. Make the US overcommit and lose their economy so they won't annoy you anymore
4. Bring your Technical with 2 Rebels and Worker and secure the center, then capture the Oil Derrick to gain more funds and build Tunnel Network
5. Destroy or unmanned the Chinese Outpost van to stop their ability to call for Fuel Air Bomb on your base
6. Produce 3 Scud Launchers to destroy their base and use some Quads for AA defense against helicopters
7. Eliminate the rest of US forces to end this mission
