In this mission, we need to kill General Stavros (the Allied commander guy who was with you back in the Allied campaign). He will teleport around like a monkey using chronosphere buildings. Make your way to the almost destroyed chronosphere building to the west and enter an engineer in it, then get the crate nearby. This makes you invulnerable to the green gas (which will instantly kill your infantry, so beware).

Once you put the engineer to the control station, Stavors will then be cornered to the north west and you will be given more men. Finish him off with your troops. Beware that there is a green gas along the way, avoid it (and it can be bugged to be invisible, so save your game before making the crossing).
