We receved the intel you got from that Comm Center but The Cult Of The Green Crystal is up to no good.
We also found there leader a fromer Nod General by the name of Seth who has secretly been gathering a privite army of his own during the tiberium war.
Now with the brotherhood of Nod gone and Kane presumed dead no one is standing on his way we must stop him.
We found his location but we have 2 targets that we need to take care first one of them is a prison and the other one is a support base.
So your'e first target is the prison the Cult have captured some citizens who know something about The Cult Of The Green Crystal.
So your'e mission is to capture the prison do not desrtoy it.
