This is a rather fast and easy mission. We start at the north west corner of the map. Destroy the 2 regular power plants near the Tesla coil but NOT the tesla coil itself. You want the enemy to have low power as they have a lot of Tesla coils around. You will then be given soldier Volkov and a scientist to the south. Use him to make your way up the cliff and escort the scientist to enter the bio-research building. Once inside, he will steal the plans. Move soldier Volkov out of the way as that area will eventually be nuked. Once nuked, destroy the remaining sam sites on all 4 corners of the hill. You will then succeed the mission.
