In this last mission, resources are scarce. There is a tiberium field to both the east and west side, the west side has spores that replenish more tiberium. Try to keep your medium tank alive at the start of the mission and build an advance guard tower to mow off enemy attacks. Build one each on both sides.

Towards the end, the A.I. will cheat, spawning more enemy troops despite not having enough resources. The only good solution I found is to build 2 advance guard towers just in front of the enemy base and then tank spam the base to level it. Additionally, Kane will then use his nuke to target your base - some of your buildings will be destroyed. You should save the game before this happens and then when the nuke does hit, you can reload the game and sell the buildings to see which other buildings will get hit given that you sold it (I think the A.I. usually targets a place with a lot of defenses).
