This mission is total cancer. If enough civilians or civilian buildings get destroyed on the lower left corner of the map, you fail the mission - so you must save often. The problem is, is that civilians cannot be controlled and they just run around the Tiberium fields easily, getting themselves killed. It is highly advised to send out harvesters in their village to clear out the Tiberium and also protect them from Nod attacks. This took me around 1.5-2hrs to finish this mission...
