In this mission, we need to clear the GDI base to the south east. We get to build a base as well but can't build the flame tank yet sadly. Use a mix of light tanks, infantry, nod buggy to take out the enemy base. There is also an entry point where you can capture the base' refinery and silos so that you gain extra $, if you punch through a hole in the chain link fencing after you clear the guard towers.
