In this mission, we need to kill the doctor hiding inside a research center building in the middle of the map. To get to there, go from south and then all the way (the map does a round about) till you reach a GDI base in the middle. Once you get to that base and clear it out, a chopper will then appear for you to transport infantry to the island where the doctor is. Make sure to kill the GDI troops guarding the island first (either use the artillery or commando) to safely transport your troops.

It is imperative that you keep your commando or the artillery unit alive at all times. Try to keep all of your units alive so you can retain maximum troop strength and firepower. When a unit has low health, put him at the back and let the others tank for him. Keep saving the game as needed.
