This mission can be somewhat hard. The prisoners are to the south east and you start with a mutant squad. There will also be a group of 3x Cyborgs that will keep spawning and attacking at you as you get midway, so save every step of the way.

Go north first to meet up with the Ghost Stalker then head east. When you get to the gate, there will be 2x laser turrets so blast them away safely with your Titans. Once you breach the gate, you need to destroy the sam sites around the prison for a transport to be able to land. Once all the prisoners are onboard the transport, you succeed the mission.
