After multiple attempts, I've been able to capture this one game with certain victory. Mobile SAM against Devastator Warships and Planetary Attack Carriers. Avatar (Purifier) against any ground units, Infantry to hold the position, sentries to defend home base.

This certainly can be an example of Human commanders being needing multiple chances to win a roll of dice game against an Artificially Intelligent Commander in the future if and when a Terminator like situation arises.
