In this video I will show how to give yourself some potion (some good and bad) after placing down a certain color banner and/or one with a custom design on it.

To Add: /scoreboard objectives add White_Potion_Banner minecraft.used:minecraft.white_banner

To Remove: /scoreboard objectives remove White_Potion_Banner

1. Repeater Command Block: /execute if entity @p[nbt={Inventory:[{id:"minecraft:nether_star",tag:{display:{Name:'{"text":"Potion Star"}'}}}]}] run execute as @r at @s if entity @s[scores={White_Potion_Banner=1..}]

2. Chain Command Block: /effect give RedstoneKnightX minecraft:bad_omen 180 1 true

3. Repeater Command Block: /scoreboard players reset @a White_Potion_Banner

* Note: If you gonna do multiple banners get rid of the part with "White_Potion_Banner"
